PATRICK MINTER SPEAKS AT NJ ICLE SEMINAR
On behalf of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), a Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association, partner Patrick Minter was honored to once again serve as a co-presenter at a seminar entitled “Civil Discovery Workshop: The Importance of a Discovery Plan and Dealing with Things that Go Awry.” The seminar was held at The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ on February 9 and focused on providing information about the civil discovery process.
JON BON JOVI PERFORMS IN SUPPORT OF GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE PHIL MURPHY
We were pleased to be part of the Host Committee in Formation for a recent fundraising event in support of Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Phil Murphy, which featured an intimate performance by Jersey’s own Jon Bon Jovi. The event was held at the Hyatt Regency in Morristown.

MINTER, KELLY, AND GALLIGAN NAMED TO THE 2017 SUPER LAWYERS LIST; LIMBACH NAMED TO RISING STARS LIST
It is with pleasure that we announce the inclusion of three of our partners, Patrick B. Minter, Laura Ann Kelly, and Patrick J. Galligan, to Thomson Reuters’ 2017 list of New Jersey Super Lawyers. This represents the seventh consecutive year Mr. Minter has been included on that list and the third consecutive year of inclusion for Ms. Kelly and Mr. Galligan.
We are also pleased to announced that Jared Limbach, an associate with our firm, has been named to the 2017 New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list. This is the fourth consecutive year that Mr. Limbach has been named to the “Rising Stars” list.

GALLIGAN NAMED PRESIDENT, MORRIS COUNTY BAR – LIMBACH YOUNG LAWYER DIVISION TRUSTEE
Patrick Galligan was sworn in as the 2017 President of the Morris County Bar Association during its 118th annual installation dinner on January 25, 2017.
In addition, Jared Limbach, an associate with the Firm, was installed as a Young Lawyer Division Trustee for 2017.

On February 25, DMK partner Patrick Minter was a guest speaker at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s annual event, “Four Concurrent Seminars 2017.” Patrick presented in the seminar entitled “Ethics: Hot Topics in 2017.”
