Mr. Minter has participated in the litigation of several cases in the legal malpractice field which have resulted in published opinions including Brach, Eichler, Rosenberg, Silver, Bernstein, Hammer & Gladstone, P.C. v. Ezekwo, 345 N.J. Super. 1 (App. Div. 2001); Charter Oak Fire Ins. Co. v. State Farm Mut. Auto Ins. Co., 344 N.J. Super. 408 (App. Div. 2001); Vastano v. Algeier, 178 N.J. 230 (2003); Hernandez v. Baugh, 401 N.J. Super. 539 (App. Div.2008); and Marrero v. Feintuch, 418 N.J. Super. 48 (App. Div. 2011).

Mr. Minter lectures regularly for New Jersey’s Institute for Continuing Education and co-authors an annual program entitled “Avoiding Legal Malpractice.” Additionally in 2016 Mr. Minter became a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Minter is a member of the Board of Trustees at Spring Brook Country Club and serves as the Co-Chair of the Golf Committee.
Additionally, Mr. Minter was the former Chairman of the Morris County Chancery Practice Committee, the Morris County General Equity Mediation Committee, and the District X Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Minter currently serves as a member of the Morris County General Equity Mediation Committee.
