Ronald Citrenbaum and Thomas Coffey Named Partners
Effective July 2022, we are pleased to announce that Ronald Citrenbaum and Thomas Coffey have been elevated to Partners with the Firm.
Ron has been with the Firm since 2015 and focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. Tom has been with the Firm since 2017 and focuses his practice on commercial disputes, professional liability defense, and general insurance defense.

Patrick J. Galligan to Receive Morris County Bar Association’s Civil Practice Award
We are pleased to announce that partner Patrick J. Galligan will be this year’s recipient of the Civil Practice Award to be presented by the Morris County Bar Association at its 2022 Installation and Awards Dinner in recognition of his professional achievements and his service to both the Association and the community.
“I am honored to have been selected for this award,” Mr. Galligan said. “It is a privilege to be included among all those who have received this award before me.”
Mr. Galligan is a longtime member and past president of both the Morris County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Foundation, where he continues to serve as a Trustee. His practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, general corporate law and professional liability.
The Association’s 2022 Installation & Awards Dinner will be held on June 16, 2022.

DONNELLY MINTER & KELLY PROVIDES LEGAL COUNSEL TO HOME CARE EQUIPMENT PROVIDER
Donnelly Minter & Kelly, LLC announced that the Firm provided legal counsel to the majority owners of Community Surgical Supply, a home care equipment and service provider, in the successful sale of that company to AdaptHealth, a national provider of patient-centered home healthcare solutions, including medical equipment, supplies and related services. We are honored to be an Emerald Patron for the 2022 Morris County St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which will be held on Saturday, March 12 in Morristown.
This parade has become a highly anticipated annual tradition in Morris County and a valuable resource to many local charities, including organizations that benefit children with special needs and programs that promote and enhance Morris County’s Irish culture.
We are proud to lend our support to those efforts this year.
We also would like to congratulate Mary Waller who has been named Grand Marshal of this year’s parade.
Peter Donnelly Named President of the Board of The Family Resource Network
Please join us in congratulating Peter Donnelly on his recent appointment as President of the Board of Trustees of The Family Resource Network (FRN).
Peter replaces Warren Josephson who has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of FRN, effective January 2022. Peter’s leadership experience and passion for instilling positive change within local communities make him the ideal choice to carry on this leadership role.
The FRN is a comprehensive network of organizations focused on meeting the increasing need for programs and services within the community designed to address the challenges facing individuals and families dealing with a variety of disabilities and chronic conditions. Composed of three affiliate organizations—Autism Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey—the FRN has been impacting families across the State for more than 50 years. To date, the network is responsible for implementing more than 50 programs and services for residents living with epilepsy, autism, visual impairments, chronic illnesses and intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.
FRN’s CEO Liza Gundell commented that Peter “possesses the qualifications and expertise to grow FRN into an even greater, more successful organization …”
