JARED LIMBACH ADVANCES TO PARTNER
Effective November 1, 2019, we are pleased to announce Jared Limbach has advanced to the position of Partner with the Firm.
Jared joined us in May 2016 as a litigation associate focusing primarily in the areas of commercial disputes, professional liability defense and personal injury defense. We are extremely proud of the work Jared has done in that time and look forward to his future contributions to the Firm in his new capacity.

PATRICK MINTER TO SPEAK AT NJAJ’S MEADOWLANDS SEMINAR 2019
Patrick B. Minter is proud to have been invited to be a presenter at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s (NJAJ) Meadowlands Seminar 2019. The seminar, “Ethics and Legal Malpractice,” will be held on November 20 in East Rutherford, NJ. Speaking on “Discovery: Adequacy of Discovery,” Pat will address the “Standard of Care for Discovery and Ethics Rules.”
In addition to this presentation, Pat will participate in the Round Table discussion closing out the afternoon’s program.

This rating signifies that reviews by the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

FIRM MARKS 5TH ANNIVERSARY; REFLECTS ON PAST GROWTH AND SUCCESS
We are pleased to announce that on March 3, 2019, we marked our fifth anniversary as a Firm. This past year, as in previous years, our Firm enjoyed continued growth and success. Among the highlights of 2018:
- Gary Falkin, Esq. joined the Firm as Of Counsel focusing on the areas of business law, commercial real estate, construction litigation, and legal malpractice;
- Attorney Ron Citrenbaum obtained a no cause verdict from a Monmouth County jury exonerating a condominium association represented by the Firm of any wrongdoing;
- Laura Ann Kelly, one of the Firm’s founding partners, was named to New York Magazine’s list of “New York’s Women Leaders in the Law for 2018.”
“These past five years have been a period of steady growth not only of our Firm, but of the relationships we have fostered,” stated Peter Donnelly, one of the Firm’s founding partners. What started as a small New Jersey law firm with three partners and a handful of attorneys has since doubled in size. “We now have six partners, nine attorneys and a sizeable support staff operating from offices in Morristown, NJ and New York City,” Donnelly added. The expansion of staff and office space has allowed the Firm to better serve the legal needs of its growing client base.
“This has been a rewarding experience for me, both personally and as a member of this Firm,” said Ms. Kelly. “Our success and growth are due largely to the support and endorsements of our loyal client base.”
Patrick Minter, also a founding partner, added, “As we celebrate this fifth anniversary, we would like to thank our colleagues, friends and family for their support and our clients for the confidence they have placed in us.
