Ms. Kelly concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and administration and business succession planning for principals and shareholders of closely held businesses. Such practice also includes addressing clients’ private philanthropic goals, including structuring charitable trust and private foundations and providing counsel to clients on all aspects of nonprofit corporate governance. Ms. Kelly’s representative clients include individuals with net worth exceeding $100 million.

Ms. Kelly has been named to the list of NJ Super Lawyers in 2017. This is the third consecutive year Ms. Kelly has been selected to this list. Super Lawyers identifies attorneys who have been highly recognized by their peers for their professional accomplishments with no more than five percent of attorneys in the State each year named to this list.

Additionally, Ms. Kelly has a rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2008. The AV rating signifies that Ms. Kelly’s peers rank her at the highest level of professional excellence.

Laura Ann Kelly also holds a rating of “Superb” from Avvo, an online, unbiased rating resource of lawyers and doctors. In 2009, Ms. Kelly was honored by NJ Biz magazine as one of the Best 50 Women in Business.

Ms. Kelly is the Vice-Chair of the Chilton Medical Center Advisory Board (2010-present), a Trustee on the Atlantic Health System Board of Trustees (June 2014-present), a member and past President of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey in 2005-2006, and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Morris Area Chapter of the American Red Cross (Vice Chair, 2001-2003) and past Board member of the Center for Hope Hospice and Palliative Care (Trustee and Secretary, 2001-2004).
