Coffey

Mr. Coffey is Counsel with the Firm in the litigation department and concentrates his practice in commercial disputes, professional liability defense, and general insurance defense.

Mr. Coffey has extensive experience handling civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on premises liability, products liability, and professional liability defense of engineers, lawyers, and accountants. Mr. Coffey routinely appears in state and federal courts and manages all aspects of litigation from pre-suit planning, fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial.

Mr. Coffey graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholar Fellowship recipient. While attending law school, Mr. Coffey was a civilian intern for the United States Navy, Office of the Judge Advocate General.
