Willette

Prior to joining Donnelly Minter & Kelly, Mr. Willette clerked for the Hon. Alberto Santos, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.

In law school Mr. Willette was a member of the Rutgers Newark Housing Clinic representing Section 8 residents facing eviction. While attending law school Mr. Willette maintained a full-time position with Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.

Prior to this Mr. Willette interned with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in the Forfeitures Department. Mr. Willette has experience in litigation including pre-suit planning, fact discovery and motion practice.
