Kang
Jin Kang is an associate with the Firm focusing his practice on civil litigation, including professional and general liability.
Mr. Kang joined Donnelly Minter & Kelly in June of 2024, and prior to his joining, he practiced commercial litigation and general corporate matters.
Prior to the start of his practice, Mr. Kang completed a judicial clerkship in the Superior Courts of New Jersey for the Honorable Susan J. Steele (P. J. Cr.) (ret) (on-recall).
Mr. Kang graduated from the University of Seton Hall School of Law, and as a law student, he completed two federal judicial internships and served as a co-chair for the Seton Hall Mock Trial Board. Additionally, he served as a student advocate for Seton Hall’s Immigrant’s Rights/International Human Rights Clinic and as a legal intern for a non-profit legal service provider. Mr. Kang was also a Summer Associate at a mid-sized commercial law firm where he gained valuable commercial litigation experience.
