Price Corbin
Alison Price Corbin is Counsel with the Firm focusing her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and related tax matters.
Ms. Corbin advises individuals and families with trust and estate planning, gift and succession planning, and litigation relating to trusts and estates. Alison has extensive experience with a variety of estate planning techniques and is experienced in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance health care directives. Alison also advises clients on the preparation of inheritance, federal and state estate tax, as well as the modification and interpretation of trust agreements. She assists executors of wills with estate administration, as well as trustees and beneficiaries of trusts on trust-related matters.
Alison is a former litigator and served as a law clerk for The Hon. Joel A. Pisano of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before beginning her law career, Alison worked in the financial services industry where she advised endowments and foundations on investment strategies and investment manager selection.
