Price Corbin
Alison Price Corbin is Counsel with the Firm focusing her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and related tax matters.
Ms. Corbin is experienced in drafting wills and a wide variety of revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as advising clients on gift and tax issues.
Alison has extensive litigation experience in matters ranging from violations of antifraud provisions of federal securities laws and common law fraud to complex commercial cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and trade secret disputes.
Alison also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Joel Pisano of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before beginning her law career, she was an associate in the Global Consultant Relations Group at BlackRock, Inc. in New York City and a senior consulting associate for Cambridge Associates, LLC in Arlington, Virginia.
