O’Donnell

Prior to joining Donnelly Minter & Kelly, Mr. O’Donnell was a fellow at Rutgers Law Associates, where he handled consumer fraud, landlord/tenant, personal injury, restraining orders, and family law cases. Mr. O’Donnell then worked as insurance defense counsel for GEICO, where he handled discovery, motion practice, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. O’Donnell obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. While attending Rutgers, he served as Managing Articles Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.
