Robertson

Ms. Robertson is an associate working primarily in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration, commercial real estate, and litigation.

Before joining Donnelly Minter & Kelly, Ms. Robertson was employed by a large international law firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, medical malpractice, employment law, and trust and estate law.  She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay, P.J.Cv. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris Vicinage.

Following her graduation from Bucknell University, Ms. Robertson attended Seton Hall University School of Law as a Chancellor Law Scholar, and served on the Seton Hall Circuit Review.  Her note, “The Future of Patent Protection for Post-FDA-Approved Generics: A look at the Federal Circuit’s Incongruous Interpretations of the ‘Safe Harbor’ Provision in 35 U.S.C. § 271(e)(1),” was published in the 2014 edition of the Circuit Review.
