Ms. Kelly concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and administration and business succession planning for principals and shareholders of closely held businesses. Such practice also includes addressing clients’ private philanthropic goals, including structuring charitable trust and private foundations and providing counsel to clients on all aspects of nonprofit corporate governance. Ms. Kelly’s representative clients include individuals with net worth exceeding $100 million.
Ms. Kelly has been named to the list of NJ Super Lawyers for 2024. This is the tenth consecutive year Ms. Kelly has been selected to this list. Ms. Kelly was a member of the Chilton Medical Center governing Board of Trustees and subsequent community advisory board from 2009-2017 and was a board member of the Center for Hope Hospice and Palliative Care (Trustee and Secretary) from 2001-2004. She has been a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey since 1993, where she served as President from 2005-2006. Ms. Kelly currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Atlantic Health System, where she chairs the organization’s governance committee.
